We do not store or process your payment details directly.

6. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • It may automatically renew unless canceled
  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually)
  • You may cancel at any time through your account or payment provider

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless canceled.

7. Consumptive Usage and Credits

Certain features of Amazing API operate on a usage-based or credit system.

  • Credits may be purchased or included in a subscription
  • Credits are consumed when API requests or specific actions are performed
  • Once used, credits are non-reversible and non-refundable

8. Refund Policy (Consumptive Usage Model)

Amazing API uses a consumptive usage refund policy:

  • Refunds are only available for unused credits
  • Used credits are strictly non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be granted based on remaining unused credits
  • Subscription fees may only be refunded where required by applicable law or under Freemius policies

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Amazing API, including its software, APIs, and content, remain our exclusive property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your usage poses a risk to the Service or other users
  • Required by law

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Any unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy or reliability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Amazing API shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Amazing API in the last billing period.

You agree to indemnify and hold Amazing API harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
